Meet Angie
As a midlife woman, mother of five, and grandma, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to balance family, work, and your own well-being. Life gets busy, priorities shift, and it’s easy to feel disconnected from your body or unsure where to start. I also understand how different your body can feel during midlife. Hormones change, energy fluctuates, weight gain can feel sudden or stubborn, and what used to work no longer does.
My journey in fitness began early, teaching dance classes at a young age. I became a certified group fitness trainer as a college freshman and later earned my degree in Health Education from Utah State University. Over the past 30 years, I’ve continued to expand my education, earning certifications through organizations such as AFAA, the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), YogaFit, Peak Pilates, Zumba, Beachbody, and Les Mills. I am also a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.
Through decades of experience—and my own personal challenges—I’ve learned that menopausal bodies need a smarter, more supportive approach. The “secret sauce” to sustainable fat loss isn’t extreme dieting or endless cardio. It’s consistent resistance training, balanced nutrition, and habits that support hormones, muscle, and long-term health.
I know what it’s like to struggle with weight gain and not feel like yourself in your own body. I’ve also dealt with injuries and setbacks that make movement feel intimidating, frustrating, or discouraging. Those experiences have taught me how important it is to train with intention, compassion, and patience, especially during this season of life.
My mission is to support and encourage you every step of the way, while giving you the tools and confidence to build strength, protect your body, and feel good again. If you’re ready for personalized coaching, honest guidance, and a plan designed for your changing body (not a one-size-fits-all program) I would love to work with you. Let’s build something you can maintain for life!
My Core Values
Sustainability Over Sacrifice
We believe long-term results come from simple, sustainable habits, not extreme workouts, fad diets, or all-or-nothing thinking.
Progress, Not Perfection
Life happens. We help our clients stay consistent, not perfect. Imperfect action beats perfect inaction every time.
Empowerment Through Simplicity
Fitness shouldn’t feel like punishment or another job. We want to make health fit your life, not the other way around.
Real Women. Real Results
We coach real women with real responsibilities, and we deliver real results.
Family-Friendly Fitness
Your goals shouldn’t mean cooking three meals a day or skipping family time. My systems support your whole lifestyle, not just your waistline.
Freedom First
Whether it’s freedom from yo-yo dieting, guilt, exhaustion, or restrictive rules, we implement our program in a way that gives women their lives back.
No More “Start Overs”
We design solutions that stick, so clients don’t keep hitting reset every Monday. No more falling off. Just moving forward.
