How It Works

Begin with a complimentary phone consultation with Angie to explore your goals and determine if one-on-one coaching is the right fit for you.

Meet with your coach to set up your personalized exercise and nutrition plan, delivered straight to your phone through the Angie’s FitFix App.

3.

Receive the guidance and accountability you need. You’ll have daily access for questions and support, plus weekly check-ins to fine-tune your training, nutrition, and progress. You’ll also be part of a supportive community of like-minded women, all in one place.

    FOUNDER

    Angie is a wife, mom to 5 kids, and a grandma too! She is a certified Fitness Coach and NASM certified Nutrition Coach with 30 years of professional experience in the fitness industry- including extensive training in menopausal health and wellness. She has a passion for helping women reclaim their confidence through their menopausal years and beyond.

  • Roxanne Reynoso

    FIT FIX COACH

    Roxanne is a wife, mother of 3, and a licensed professional counselor. With a strong foundation in behavior change and mindset coaching, she helps clients develop sustainable habits that support long-term health and well-being. Having transformed her own life through consistent exercise and balanced nutrition, Roxanne is passionate about guiding others to create lasting, meaningful change.

    Jessie is a wife and mom to 5 busy kids. She has a BS in Fitness & Wellness and over 10 years experience in nutrition and personal training. She enjoys spending family time at the beach, in the mountains, and she loves her time in the kitchen! Jessie is passionate about helping women improve their strength, energy and confidence with a balanced lifestyle approach.

    Maddi is a mother of three who lives an active lifestyle and loves the outdoors. She loves lifting in the gym, hiking with friends or family, and running (especially when there is a scenic view). She has been a nurse for over 10 years, and has a bachelors degree in exercise science. She loves any opportunity to help a woman renew their confidence and achieve their fitness goals.

  • YES! We are specifically trained to help the midlife woman. Programming is designed with hormonal changes, recovery, and body composition shifts in mind.
