How It Works
Start with a complimentary call with me to align on your goals, schedule, and nutrition plan.
Your personalized plan is delivered directly to your phone through the Angie’s FitFix App. Each strength training session is guided and nutrition goals are tailored to your specific needs.
Work throughout the program with a personal coach who you have access to daily. Your coach will check in with you on a weekly basis to review strength training, nutrition, and to keep you accountable.

Angie is a 48 year old wife, mom to 5 kids, and a new grandmother. She is a certified Fitness Coach and NASM certified Nutrition Coach. Her belief is that the “secret” to fat loss is regular resistance training paired with wholesome, balanced nutrition. -

Roxanne is a wife, mom to 3, and a licensed professional counselor. She uses her expertise to help clients shift their mindset and habits to support lasting change. She transformed her own life through fitness and balanced nutrition and loves working with clients to do the same!
